Does anyone know what type of coin this is and if it is a fake or not?

Weight and diameter of this cash ?
It looks genuine and was minted in the Board of Revenue under Qianlong : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1133.html

Type B for me, after it depends the diameter.
Probably the DH# 22.204 regarding the type of die : it should have a diameter of 23-24mm in this case.

It is around 24 mm in diameter and I will find out the weight in a few days time
