I can see why you'd be confused; many modern counterfeiters of Chinese machine-struck silver produce bad copies, usually combining the obverse and reverse of two different types, one or both of which may be fantasies that were only patterns or never even existed previously.
The first coin is a fantasy commemorative 10 cents, nothing more.
The second one is a fantasy of a 1 Mace 4.4 Candareens (or 20 cents) coin, with the reverse design based off a pattern Guangdong tael issued in 1904 under the Qing Guangxu Emperor:
