Coin with Arabic writing and no images on either side [решено]

I have what I believe is a coin with Arabic writing and possibly a value of 10. It weighs 7.04 grams and has a diameter of 28 mm. Photos are attached. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying this coin and learning about its background.

For some historical context, this was part of the first generation of coins minted by Iran after the Islamic Revolution of 1979, which toppled the Pahlavi dynasty and established the Islamic Republic of Iran, a Shia Muslim theocracy.
