USA late 1800's but not sure if a fair token. only toned on one side!
I see the Chinese character for good fortune "福" twice on your token, so if its provenance is the USA, then it might be a souvenir at a fair with an East Asian theme.
Lol, I also saw this item on eBay (and bid for it), it’s not a bad idea to get it for 1 buck. Haha. Yep, Cass is right. This was definitely not made in China and probably it was made in Chinatown as both 福 and 寿 （the 9 o’clock one is a traditional 壽 and the one at 6 is a simplified 寿) appear twice. Usually you should see 福禄寿喜 （luck, fortune, longevity and happiness) on this kind of fortune coin（花钱）
