I can't determine the emperor (probably Marcus Aurelius) or denomination. I think it's a sestertius but the size and weight are off. Reverse is Roma enthroned left holding Victory if I'm not mistaken.

Solved, should be Marcus Aurelius sestertius. M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXV, Laureate head right / COS III S C, Roma enthroned left holding Victory, RIC III 995.
