Can anyone tell me the grade of this Mariniana antoninianus?

I recently purchased this coin - an antoninianus of Mariniana - for £80. It is now my favourite (and most expensive) coin in my collection! Can anyone tell me the grade of it and, if possible, whether or not it was a good deal?

I'd say F+, VF- but struck with worn dies.
This is a nice and not so common antoninianus. I think the price is fair regarding its condition, rarity and the quality of the strike (good planchet, well centered). A pro dealer would put it for sale for more I think.
