I believe it is silver/billon.
The size is about 14mm, but irregular.
It seems to be somewhere in the era of Habsburg rule.
The reverse is the typical Madonna and Child (PATRONA VNGARIE).
The obverse is the Hungarian coat of arms, with the 1500s-1600s style escutcheon.
The escutcheon itself is topped by what seems to be the year (instead of the date being in the legend) although I can't quite make out the date.
I have not been able to find another coin in the catalog with a matching legend. Much of the legend itself is damaged, but there are a few diagnostics that should allow for a positive ID.
The letters starting at the top center of the obverse legend seem to be: MKOIIV but I might be wrong on one or two.
