Hi I have several Chinese coins and I would like to know if some of them are fake?!
Firstly a ‘Dragon’ Coin, I’ve been un able to find one with similar writing on the internet? Fake?

Secondly I have a ‘Fatman’ Coin

How do I identify a fake?
perhaps need to measure and weigh coins?
Will do this and post later?!?
Next, I don’t even know if this is Chinese??

I have 3 other ‘10 Cash’ coins which I think are authentic but I’m having trouble identifying exact types? I will post separately
Hope some one can help???!
pam
The fat man coin is a fake. Because originally it is made with silver alloy.

The 1st coin might be fake because its made of silver but like you say the wording don match.

The last ancient coin, I am not sure.

Thank you.

Welcome to Numista!!
The first two coins are indeed replica's.
I collect such replica's so identification is not difficult for me
They should be silver, but the brass shines all over the coins.
There are some silver tests you can perform:

For the last coin: I know the chinese make coins look old buy using white gipsum.
These holed coins are usually not worth to forge them, but they are made by the millions, and re-made as lucky charms

This is a good place.  Good luck.

Both dollars are silver-washed brass copies/replicas
