Byzantine Follis

I'm thinking this might be a Tiberius II Constantine Follis, maybe Nicomedia mint (I see something that doesn't look like a C on the left below the value). Year III. I keep looking for something similar but am not able to find anything online and don't have a catalogue of byzantine coins (If anyone does and wants to share, that would be amazing).

Anyway, I struggle to figure out what it says on the obverse, but somehow it doesn't match the usual inscription DN TIB CONSTAN PP AVG...

27mm, 10.28g
Any thoughts?
The three points at the top of the crown lead me to believe it's Maurice Tiberius. Perhaps this coin:

Yep, that's my coin. Thank you so much, Steve!
