Chinese cash coins

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a bunch of cash coins I am not really able to identify, since I know next to nothing about these. Can anyone help?

1. 3.93g; 25mm

2. 4.01g; 21.7mm

3. 3.7g; 21.5mm

4. 3.22g; 21.5mm

5. 3.7g; 21.5mm

6. 4.55g; 24mm
I'm no expert, but I can help you figure which way is up. They are all relatively new for Chinese cash coins, less than 400 years.

Once you put them right way up you'll see a couple are from the same emperor.
number 1, 5 and 6 seem to be Qian-long 1736-1795. Fairly common one I run into frequently.

Fortunately, these can all be matched at the Calgary Chinese Coin identification site for Ching dynasty coins.

Number 2 is Hsuan Tsung (Tao Kuang), 1821-1850, Boo-chi mint.

Number 3 is Jen Tsung (Chai-Ching), 1796-1820, Yunnan mint

Rkwitmer is correct. 1, 4, 5, and 6 are all Kao Tsung (Ch'ien Lung)

1 and 6 are the Ch'ien Lung variety, 1736-1795, 4 and 5 are the Shan Lung variety 1796-1799.

I don't believe they are, they are simply a later date of the standard variety, Shan Longs are actually determined by the bottom character, the Hartill catalog is a better determinant of these coins than calgarycoin which can be a bit simplistic at times.
Arusak is probably right about two of the Kao Tsung coins (numbers 4 and 5) not necessarily being the Shan-Long variety. I'm not an expert on Chinese coins, and just go by the shape of the top characters and what I read in the identification websites.
I had no idea there were so many varieties, fascinating really, although quite the challenge to try to accurately identify. Thank you very much, guys!
