Phoenician coin from Sidon

Here's an interesting one. This is most likely from Sidon (I see ΣIΔONIΩN written under galley as well as possibly Phoenician letters below). Above the galley: ΑΓΙ... or ΑΣΙ... ANT(ωNINOC)? Could it be struck under Carcalla? http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/greece/phoenicia/sidon/t.html
