It's in pretty bad condition, but I've checked the diameter, thickness, weight, magnet test, everything matches up perfectly, which suggests that this coin is genuine.

Since this coin is apparently so rare and valuable, I's still like to hear more opinions. Especially Turkish collectors or people familiar with this coin specifically, does it look real or fake? Any other tests I can do to make sure?

If it's real, how much would you value it at and how/where would it be possible to sell it? I'm in Lithuania and there's certainly no market for this coin here.
Here's a listing of prices from NGC.

I see no reason to doubt its authenticity, but the condition is on the low side because of the damage.
I agree, it seems legit. Even the off center strike is very like the one shown on the Numista catalog page.

Even so worn and damaged, it might be worth having it authenticated.

You might be able to list it on an EBay site, when it sells be paid using Paypal, then deliver it to the buyer by mail.

Do you have any idea how much it would sell for in this condition? Because I would rather do an auction, but not sure if on Ebay it would reach a good price. I was thinking more of Turkish numismatic forums or something like that.
To me it seems a fake coin, casted or pressed on some different material ,this type of small pores appear during casting ,air bubble get trapped, just ckeck the damage areas .

I've found an entry on a Turkish numismatic website that has a picture of this coin, which has similar pores and I doubt they would put a picture of a fake coin there.

Coin look real, the pores are from the chemical damage it was exposed.
If this were my coin and I wanted to sell it on EBay, I would do the following:

1. Estimate a "book value." In this case, checking NGC values and grading the coin about G+ conservatively based on condition, and realizing that values go up about 50% or down ⅓ between full grades, I would estimate the book value of maybe $65.
2. Mark down the value by maybe 30% for sale in a reasonable time (say $45).
3. Either list the coin as a fixed-price sale or list it for auction with a minimum or reserve you could live with.
4. If it hasn't sold in a couple of months reduce the price by $5, and continue doing this until sold

However, you of course need to do it however makes sense to you.
I would not even give $5 for it, even if it is rare.
The coin has to much damage. I doubt if anyone on ebay would be intrested.
Hope you get a good price for it! Succes!
