Does anyone know what this is? It appears to read Hsuan-T'ung T'ung-pao on the obverse, but in a very modern style. The reverse just has "1909" and "1911". It has a diameter of 24mm and is very thin -- only about 0.76 mm. It has a mass of about 1.4 grams. Perhaps a token of some sort?
