Wire money/ Denga

Hello, I know this is a pretty hard to identify coin so I wouldnt be surprised if it is impossible but maybe someone here got the superpowers needed for this task ;)
This is a microscopic sized wire coin I recently received. The diameter is around 11mm and the weight ca. 0,46g. It got an spearman on horseback on the obverse, I guess its the tsar like on the sabre swinging type. I hope someone can read something on the reverse.

Hello, sorry for the wrongly turned picture I just couldn't read anything on this coin xD
I dont think it is made from copper, this should just be a dark silver patina? Or has there been counterfeits of those coins?
