German jeton or something more or less

Here is another piece I could use some assistance with identification.

Hello,
it is a bronze token from the Nazi era, dating from 1938, normally with a diameter of approximately 23-24 mm. The legend "Hallo" or "Hailo Kampfjahr" means "hello year of battle"

Thank you Sam. However, I am looking for something a little more than what you or I can glean from the token itself. I am hoping that someone knows a little more of the history of the item. What it was minted for, is there a catalog that lists this item, does someone know was it a keepsake, a good luck token, a propaganda piece, a membership token. Something more than a token from 1938.

I found another one on another coin forum, but alas, with no more information.

it looks rather sinister...as mentioned over there, the SS runes are suggestive.
