Are genuine these chinese cast coin?

8 сообщений
The principal doubt about these coin is the presence of metal burr on the edge (0.5÷1 mm). Another photos of chinese cast coins published online not present ulterior metal on the edge (is smooth).
Sorry for the orientation and the quality of coins in the images, but them are not mine.
Thanks for all informations.

Hello,

They look good to me but I'm no expert.
Likely authentic, but I am no expert either.
Well, can the surplus metal on the edges be caused by the misalignment of molds?
I think so. When it's a little bit thicker, it is maybe what's left of the coin tree.

general question ... after the cooling and separation by the "tree", are asian cast coins polished?
because on raised details the metal is bright and have some scratches.
Each coin was filed down so that the edges are smooth as possible.
