What do you think about the defect that runs along the rim from the crown on the left to the value on the right?

Is it comon?

The photos of belgian and dutch text on Numista do not have that defect, this coin in auction seems to have a similar defect https://www.ebay.it/itm/283499882221

Defects are common on this coin type.

​I agree... Belgium had a very poor strike quality overall and errors and defects are quite common.
I don't really know the reason of this particular defect, however. Looks like the die and planchet were not so well centered.
