Token believed of Austrian/German Origin Sankt Christophorvs

This is a token handed down to me from my Grandmother. It is believed to be of Vienna origin.
Curious of value and details of its creation.

The edge of the coing states WIEN 101 or 110 (forget offhand)

Metal believed to be Gold (.900)

Although that being said I seriously doubt it is made of gold - judging by the "A 900" I would say more likely silver, perhaps gold plated.
