I wonder if this is a jeton of some sort? It's rather worn and the inscription doesn't seem to make any sense.
4.37g and 26mm.

Obverse: Royal Crown with 3 rosettes across body of crown
Reverse: Triple banded straight cross fleuretty AV

And yes sometimes they had 'nonsense' lettering. ``-
