I was hoping you can help me ID this coin. ~ Paul
COMPOSITION: SILVER, WEIGHT: 10.90 GRAM, DIAMETER: 22.75 MM

Yes, Jodhpur silver rupee, Sumar Singh under George V, ND 1911-1918, KM 116 (Y#32).

The corresponding half rupee, similar design, is listed in Numista:

The daroga mark on this coin is श्री (Shri)
I checked Jan Lingen's book on Jodhpur coins and there is no Rupee coin listed with this daroga mark. Only Mohur's are mentioned with this mint mark.
Either it is an unlisted variety for Rupee coin as mentioned by the seller or contemporary fake of Mohur coin.
I suggest you send this picture to Jan himself for proper attribution
