Identification please

look like a Japanese medal, but I don't know what it wrote.

It is a Japanese medal.
The lettering is from Kokin Wakashu, a collection of traditional Japanese poems.
The original poem "植(う)ゑし植(う)ゑば秋なき時や咲(さ)かざらむ花こそ散(ち)らめ根(ね)さへ枯(か)れめや", is for chrysanthemums, means "Though you tried hard to plant it, the flowers will not bloom if autumn don't come. Even the flowers fall, are the roots going to wither? (Because autumn do come, as long as the roots don't wither, the flowers will certainly bloom)".

I know it’s marked imported silver in 1976 I’m trying to find it online or an actual picture?
