Yes, well done - I agree. From the information given by Geison, I earlier made a search ...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?mode=avance&p=1&l=&r=&e=&d=bird+sun+&ru=&i=&ca=3&no=&m=&v=&t=30-32&a=1500-1900&w=&dg=&f=&u=&g=&c=&tb=y&tc=y&tn=y&tp=y&tt=y&te=y&cat=y
and there were only two results, including yours. I did think it is the second link
on there as it has a bigger sun; but yes, there may be varieties. Also your link is
better as it has a thicker border with the triangles nearer the middle.
I used in the search >
sun
bird
30-32 so 31mm is in the middle, to allow for variances
1500-1900 as seems earlier than 1901 and after 1499
Edit ~
Though it relies on the creators of those pages to put sun and bird in their descriptions;
without those then a search would not find them. And I put bird instead of eagle in case
it was not an eagle, which in this case it was true, as it is a phoenix.
Not much could be seen; only the circle with wreath, and the C letter.
Not an exact match, so probably a variety of that coin, as mentioned in the earlier reply.
