This poor lady is quite worn, but I think that it is an English Elizabeth I three pence of the Third Issue.
It is about 18-19mm in diameter and weighs 1.1 grams.

Coincraft says that the halfgroat and penny are not dated (except a rare 1558), and omit the rose behind the queen's head.
The flan is too large for the three-halfpence (17 or 16mm); or for the three farthings (14mm)
