This appears to be an Ottoman coin. It has year 2 on the first photo and 1327 on the second. Year 1327/2 corresponds to 1910, Muhammad (Mehmed) V of the Ottoman Empire. Here are some similar coins in silver, but I don't see an exact match for yours either in Numista or the Krause 20th century world coins catalog if it is silver.
You didn't state the metal of the coin, and I was assuming silver from the photo. If it's a gold coin, and weighs 7.22 grams (rather than 5.53 g), it would appear to match KM 754, 100 Kurush 1910.
(edited to make the correction to year 2 on first photo, was my mistake to say 4 before)
This coin is made of silver.
I looked in different directories, but did not find completely similar to this coin.
in the Ottoman coins there are similar, but they are gold, as well as a bit like Egyptian coins.
The design resembles an Ottoman Turkish 100 kurus, but the weight and diameter aren't similar. I suspect your coin is either a poor counterfeit or a modern fantasy token.
There are small differences between your coin and a gold 100 kurush of year 2.
On the obverse, note the different feather design at the top of the left quiver.
On the reverse, note the differences in the berries in the wreaths.
