Scallop edge ancient coin, might be Roman? Edit: probably Seleucid Empire

I remember seeing these somewhere, almost as if it’s deja vu. But I can’t remember where, and I have no idea what this is. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Scalloped edges were sometimes use in Roman silver coins to attest that they were not "fourrés". What you have here looks (to me) more like a seal of some sort. If made of base metal, including lead, it could also be a Roman tessera of some sort.

After a little searching, it seems like a coin from the Seleucid empire. Like this one for example. Might start from there?

I don’t know where that deja vu came from, but I distinctly remember it being Roman. Weird.

Extra photos showing some of the detail on the reverse side.
Or at least what I think is detail.
