2017-S Quarter

Stumbled into an S mint mark on a George Rogers Clark quarter today. Haven’t seen a recently minted San Francisco coin circulated in a long time. Numista lists a line as “circulation quality not released for circulation”. Apparently it was? It’s not silver and not a proof.
