Is there a way to grade an error. Thank you daryl
Based on the 55 reads of your question there is a lot of interest but nobody seems to know what to think about it. Here is my humble opinion. I can not discern whether your coin has the weapon one line or double line, so here-are the values according to them. I would add a few dollars for your over strike coin, maybe $15 - $20 or so and call it a day.
it is a double strike, not really rare.
But it is a nice coin.
It is 1/2 duit, KM# 280.2
5 (arms) 1/32
But what puzzles me is the date 1822
The KM# 75 goes from 1802 to 1809.
The Batavian republic existed from 1802 till 1809
"Again copper bonkswere produced on Java (Surabaja, 1818-1819) and ½, ¼ and 1/8 copper pennies duit) were struck, again with the inscription INDÆ BATAV: (Surabaja, 1818-1826). The currency law of 1816 was formally declared applicable to the Dutch East Indies in 1826. Before that, lots of silver money had already been shipped to the East, but according to Gresham's law they disappeared immediately from circulation, which in fact consisted solely of paper money and copper. Adjustment of the sculptor in 1821, of course, did not help."

Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
I think this is a awesome coin and even cooler with the error but I hadn’t commented previously since I didn’t have any knowledge to give on this. Don’t worry I’m sure someone will come along eventually with the 8fo your looking for.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.
