Brass (?) coin with Arabic inscription [решено]

This coin carries what looks like ‘Bank al-Maarkri’ in Arabic on the obverse (my Arabic isn’t very good!), and on the reverse, the number ‘20’. So possibly this is a token of some sort.

It measures approximately 22mm in diameter, and weighs 4.54g. Unlike many Middle Eastern coins, this one carries both the Gregorian date (‘1983’) and the Al-Hijra date (‘1403’), which might suggest an Egyptian origin.

The coin looks to be of brass, modern, and therefore unlikely to be of much value, but out of curiosity, I’d be interested to know what it is.

Can anyone suggest its country of origin and denomination, please?

Thanks.
