I apologize if it a stupid question.I am new.Why are this coins cheap and expensive.Do you know KM number,
and value ?

Both are common. The 1943 B 2 francs is scarcer, but you have the "plain" one.

They are not worth very much but are interesting artefacts from the World War II era. I have some of them as well.

The 1 franc looks uncirculated and would be worth about US $3 to $4. Here is the NGC value guide.

The 2 francs is somewhat oxydated and perhaps lightly circulated. I would say it's worth about US $2 to $3. Again, here it is at NGC.

May be others will value them a little lower, but anyway you look at it, nobody is going to lose (or gain) much money if you sell them at those prices.

Some of the prices on eBay (via picclick) are grotesquely high.
