Basically, american numismatics aren't available where I live for any reasonable amount and they're generally extremely scarce and overpriced.
Ebay also isn't an option because of it's ridicilous shipping costs and over bidding.
I could swap rare and common european coins and banknotes that are common where I live for these, mainly Russian, German, French, Finnish, Swedish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Polish banknotes and coins.

Swap values will be based on NGC values for american coins, I will price my coins based how you see fitting.
