First, Welcome to Numista! ─ or at least "Welcome to the Numista forum" since I now see that you joined almost a year ago.

As for your coin, I've seen the same kind of "error" occasionally, but on one side only and not over the entire rim. So, yours is pretty neat. Still, I don't think it is worth much. Perhaps a collector of errors would be interested.
