unusual holed medal or token with star & odd symbols for identification [решено]

i found this token in an unmarked flip in a collection. its is 26mm diameter -1.2 diameter thick- weighs 2/10 of an ounce . feels and sounds hard and feels heavy for its size . i am wondering if this may be a tourist coin or souvenir. any way here it is

I think that is a "magic" pendant of the sort used by a practitioner of Hermetic magick, or something similar. I've seen things like this, but not exactly the same, before.

unidentifiable- it would seem this coin was made just to irritate coin collectors..i see no other purpose for it.
