a penny with that age should have a patina (at least) like this (or better):
a polished coin like yours has no value for a collector.
You can restore some patina:
- cleane it with nail polish to remove all greasy remenants.
- hard boil an egg, scramble it in a plastic bag.
- try to put the coin on his side in that bag, without it touching the egg.
- The sulphur in the egg will create a patina
