Identify coin Elizabeth II & Saint George

Hi all,
Some days ago I received a Elizabeth II & Saint George coin it's very similar than this https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6898.html
but instead of Churchill it's Saint George who appears in the reverse.
Can anyone help me?

It is a token made by some mint or other.
The Queen's portrait does not look correct, so has
been redesigned by someone else.
The reverse has been redesigned also, as on the normal coins there
was a date below on the reverse (replaced with ground on yours).
So is a mixture of the coin in your link and this one ...

but again those are from real coins, and yours is a made-up token.
