Old coin [решено]

I was wondering if anyone recognized this coin as it is in very bad shape. on the obverse i could sort of make out the letters 'FR**VII' and on the reverse the number 1, and the letter 'O'. any help would be appreciated! (sorry that pictures are bad quality)
