Nepal 2 Paisa

I would appreciate some assistance with the identification of the coin in attached photographs.
It appears to me to be a Nepal 2 paisa, Tribhuvana Bir Bikram, 1976-1991 (1919-1934) KM#689, Copper with diameter of 26 mm.
The Numista catalogue however indicates medal alignment, which this coin is not in my opinion. (photographs are horizontal flip-over and show the khukris grips upwards)
The khukris lay left over right.
Main problem is to determinate the year and KM-digit behind the dot, as well as machine- or crude-struck.
My VS 1978 KM# 689 has medal alignment--the opposite of what you describe.

Since your coins has Khukris left over right it is (according to Krause and Numista) crude-stuck KM# 689.2.
