Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
Ottoman, Ahmed I, Haleb mint. Date is likely 1012 at the bottom of the obverse (your second image). The first image is upside down.

A little explanation is needed. The attribution is a starting point, as there are some problems with this coin. The obverse first line has the word Sultan, and then another that I do not recognize. Frequently this would be the name of the sultan. The second line starts with the name of Ahmed, and I used that as the name of the sultan. Sometimes this is the name of the father of the sultan. Ahmed I had two sons who became sultans, Osman II and Murad IV. Ahmed II did not have future sultans. Ahmed II had two sons who became sultans: Mustafa III and Abdul Hamid I. None of these son's names line up with words on this coin. The date in the photo is murky.
Thank you very much for your help!
