20 cents China year 8 (1919). Help me!

hello everyone. I purchased a piece of 20 cents China year 8 (1919) a while ago. I went to release the piece here, but it does not fit the standard for the time. The piece in question has laurels below the face value, but this pattern would not be used until year 15 (1926). In addition, the piece has a broken imprint marking and no traces on the reverse coin legend. My question is whether it is a fake or a true and interesting piece from a numismatic point of view. Can someone help me?
