FRANCE: 1 franc 1902 - Any reason to think this is fake?

I am having a hard time deciding on this coin which is for sale at an auction and would appreciate any advise:
Is it genuine, are these coins counterfeited and if its real, what is the grade? Photos are from a website, coin is not in my posession.

Its a Nice coin but way outside my usual area :), so could be a modern copy for all i know.

How can you tell its been baking soda? I think the coin has some luster to it still?

Could a more gentle method have been used?

The details are quite good I would say so it surely hasnt been in circulation that long?

Baking soda is just a guess cause it’s the most common cleaning method for silver coins.
