There is a coin I have that says Felipe Villanueva
it looks like a commeratove it says on the back 1862 1893

​As others have said, without clear pictures of the whole token, the weight and diameter it is very difficult to help.

Based on the text you provided I'm pretty sure you have a memorial piece. Felipe Villanueva was a Mexican musician born in Tecamac - the dates are birth/death. It's probably going to be very difficult to get more information without someone who specifically collects Mexican memorial tokens helping out.

I'm afraid that there are some typos in the lettering. And why not to describe like this:

each symbol should be in the same case: UPPER CASE or lower case, each line starts from new line and mind spaces.

As Kraeuter mentioned in general these data already helped to give interpretation of the main facts about the item.

The only what is left is to find out the date of commemoration: it could be 50 or 150 years of ... (what?)
