Papua New Guinea 1975 proof set with papers. [решено]

Purchased a mint set in black binder complete with certificates and stamps. In the registry when logging in the items you have Royal mint, Matte, Proof, Special Uncirculated.
What Catagory would this set fall into ?.?

Hi,
Sounds like the Franklin Mint set of Postal Numismatic Covers (PNC). I've recorded my set as Special Uncirculated as there is no mention of PNCs. Also note that my set are not proof coins.
An image of one of the pages in the folder would be of immense help to people trying to assist you.

Look proof to me.

Hi,
OK, the Certificate of Authenticity states they are proof coins, so for the non-silver coins of 1975 the year line that has Royal Mint is for the circulating currency, Matte would be made for VIPs and Proof is for the set you have. When entering the coin, if you wish, you can add that it is packaged as a First Day Cachet or PNC in the Private or Public comment section. I went searching for my set but it must be in my off-site storage. I have a suspicion I didn't read the blurb well enough.
