Dear all, I am looknig for a top level 5 reichsmark 1939, and I believe this one can be it. However its a relatively commomn coin and possibly that means that this one is not in "UNC" condition, as the standard for that is quite high in these coins?

What would you experts say about this coin?
(....and before you say "the pictures are terrible...." this is what is available at the auction, so unfortunately nothing I can do about that.....i often ask for better pictures, but most times the seller has already taken his best photos and is not able to take better ones on request)

OK sp this one has been both cleaned and had its surface "altered" to look shiny, in your opinion...?

​Clearly, yes.

Polished coins are generally considered worthless, I don't think you should bet on this one unless you can get it for less than $8 USD.

Hi, I totaly agree that this coin looks polished. This coin never looked like this, not even at the mint.
