Even if the measurements almost match, definitely it's a modern replica of a well known Prutah from 2nd year of the first revolt. The legend is written in paleo-hebrew:
???? ??? (transliteration: Shenat shetayim; eng: Second year)
??? ???? (transliteration: Herut Zion; eng: The freedom of Zion)
