I was going thru a set of State coins I received from a family member and saw this on the coin. The damage looks too perfect to be from normal circulation. There is a ring going around the edge then separating at the bottom of the coin.
Please let me know what you think for this is the first coin I found with an error that doesn't seem from circulation. Thank you
