Slowly working my way through some inherited coins, and recently came across this specimen.

Weight: 38.45 g
Width: 41 mm
Silver
As you can likely see, there is some some blocky discoloration marks on the obverse. At top it is just in thr corners, but it goes straight across the bottom. The reverse appears to contain no such marks. Improper cleaning reminents, perhape? Or artifacts of an imposter?
I also notice it slight under weight per the standard (a little under a gram). Would this be consistent with this level of wear?
Appreciate any thoughts on its authenticity.
Thanks,
Matt
