In Krause I see a match for the second Zeno listing under Y#475, but I don't see a listing for your coin.
Perhaps this can at least get you into the ballpark.
The writing tells me that it was made in the 18th year of the Republic of China and it was made in the Dongsan region, which refers to the three provinces of Northeastern China, Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang.
