Ottoman Empire? Turkey? [решено]

I have recently obtained this coin. The symbol and year make me feel like that it is from Turkey. However, i could not find a matching coin in our Catalogue.

It weighs 5.5 g and has a diametre of 23mm.

Please aid me with your wisdom and thoughts.
