Why are the three lines for 1994 the same?

The first of those lines is wrong - it should say bee mark not dolphin.
I guess the third line is a proof, but not sure which mark (but may be dolphin).

1994 - 9,973,768 - KM#1008.2 (5 milled segments) bee mark
1994 - 5,000,000 - KM#1008.2 (5 milled segments) dolphin mark
1994 - 4,566 - KM#1008.2 (5 milled segments) dolphin mark; Proof

So the middle line is correct. I think that third line just has Proof missing as
there is already a semi-colon there.
