Egyptian coin [решено]

I have a collection that I inherited and I am on my last few but I can't identify them. I believe this one has Sadat on the front side, which would make it Egyptian (I hope), but I can't figure out the denomination or year. Thank you for any help.

Not Egypt but Afghanistan.
