German States OSNABRUCK 4 Pfennig KM# 162

Hi,

I bought this coin under the impression it was from the German state of Mainz, but after searching, it looks like it is from OSNABRUCK.
D- 16.mm
W=0.78g

If so then I will add it. Not a bad find for £10!
